I just got a 10 Sea Horse. Does anyone know where I can get an impeller for this motor?

I've never had to open up the crankcase my 3 HP motor. I would think it highly unlikely there be a problem there if the motor is turning over ok. Have you tried to start the motor? Are you the same person who is posting on iboats.com as "kkj"? I think if you tune the motor us as described on this site, you will wind up with a motor that runs like new.
