I got this engine from a friend and I have got it running, however it was very hard to start. I talked with a mechanic and he suggested that I rebuild the pressure tank. Pressure tank rebuilt and still hard to start. It will not prime properly when you push the plunger on top of the tank. No resistance but it does pump fuel.... Help

It seems to be possibly with new lacquer and decals. Except for one thing: The plastic badge with the Johnson symbol. Can that be fixed??
