In a recent article I read about converting a pressurized gas tank over to a vacuum type, the gentleman said that he located the single carb. fuel pump for this project, on-line. Can someone please tell me where this can be found?

Is 'good' compression always considered 100+ lbs, regarless of motor size? I have a '56 Johnson 3HP @ 55# and a '59 Evinrude @ 65#. Is low compression always a reason to give up on repairing an oldie, or might there be affordable fixes? Does fuel/oil have to reach the cylinder when testing? -- Thanks all.
