you might want to start with your phone book, looking for marinas or outboard repair shops--thats a fairly old motor so many places may not want to touch it but they may know someone who can help you--there are some sites on ebay that sell restored motors of that vintage, they may be of some help--also post your question on other sites like marineengine.com and aomci.org--
